Decent deal for the money.
This set is nice looking and decent quality but it's not top of the line stuff. I feel like one summer is all I'll get out of the cushions but for the price I paid, I'm happy to go get some colorful cushions next spring. The only thing that I was unhappy about is that 1/2 of the straps that support the cushion on the left side of the loveseat were missing. I called customer service and spent 40 minutes on the phone but got nothing. If they would have just mailed me the straps I'd put them on myself but they expected me to box up the whole loveseat and send it back to them and then wait for another one to come. RIDICULOUS! I'll go to Lowes and figure out a way to fix it myself at my cost. :(5-16-14 Fixed the problem with bungee cords and it's perfect! I wanted to add that the cushions repel water nicely. I left one out in the rain on purpose and it dried super fast.

The supposedly coated metal started rusting after 2 months
Really poor quality. The cushions was really thin and totally flattened out when you sat on them, one of the cushions and one of the pillows had a seem open from day one, and one of the cushions on the ottoman was a slightly different grey than all of the rest. The supposedly coated metal started rusting after 2 months and the set was completely rusted in a matter of 8 months. The metal is not really coated like it should be for outdoor furniture -- it's just shiny black paint over metal. I would say you get what you pay for but these weren't even in the quality range of what they cost. I would have thought that this entire set cost about $50.The entire set came in one giant unwieldy box that was such a struggle to get from the front door to the back patio. I don't know what they're thinking... it really should come in separate boxes. I mean, it's SIX pieces in a single box.

Looks good but beware damage and contents.
The good price and review made me take the plunge, and if the unit had been in good shape I would have been very happy. The color and appearance is very nice, however the couch in my package was severely bent. The package appeared to be in good shape, but upon opening, the couch was bent down the left side, resulting in the back left leg being shorter than the rest, and the whole piece is not level.In addition, one of the pillows or the ottomans is the wrong type. One of the two is correct, but the other is an additional back type that doesn't fit correctly on the ottoman.I would have returned the set, but once it was delivered, I would be responsible for the return shipping, and attempting to put this thing back together is almost not feasible. Once it is out, it is out. Lesson learned, do not accept the package and sign until you have opened the box and examined all pieces!!!

Beautiful, good quality and classy for the price.
The set is beautiful, it has a very modern classy look to it. It was comfortable and appeared sturdy. This set was bought for a prize at a Tricky Tray. We wanted a wow prize that would make participants buy tickets to help us raise money. This prize accomplished just that! It came almost completely assembled, we only had to put the table together, so it looked great fast! The packaging was incredible, very tight and neat, nothing was broken, crushed or scratched! My only concern and I can't say definitively because I didn't buy this for my own use, is that the durability of the cushions and pillows might be questionable. It did not feel like the highest quality fabric or padding on the cushions, but in my opinion backyard furniture takes such abuse from the weather and sun that it doesn't matter what you spend on it all cushions fade after one season. The description does say 'all weather', so the fabric may be water resistant which is why it seemed flimsy, which might be a good thing. However; I would recommend that you take the cushions and pillows in when not in use. The frames were nicely painted and had a great design.

Pretty Good
For the money this set is darn nice. Pretty easy to assemble, I think it took me about an hour to put all of it together, The chairs feel pretty sturdy, I am a big guy 6'2" and fairly hard on furniture. It's been about a month and I am still enjoying the chairs. Everything seems to be holding up alright. It has a rained a couple of times, the cushions dry quickly and have yet to stain from the rain.I would give this set 5 stars if the cushions were a little thicker or firmer. The wife and I like to sit out on our deck at night and watch movies on the tablet. She is perfectly comfortable, I start to feel the chair through the cushions after about 45 minutes or so and have to shift myself. I still feel like we got a great deal on a nice looking set of furniture and would recommend it to others.Comes in one misleadingly small box. The delivery guy thought it was a single recliner.

Don't waste your money.
I wanted to see how well the furniture would hold up to the elements so I waited a bit to give my thoughts and my thoughts are this set is a complete waste of money. I didn't expect premium quality at the price but I did expect something that would hold up to more than one rain and I had rust spots after the first good drenching. It is now covered in rust spots despite my best efforts and it hasn't even gone through one summer (purchased in September). I'm in the processing of priming and painting again with Rustoleum but my expectations aren't very high. I'm old enough to remember when products were built to last. Boy do I miss those days. I fully expect to have to buy again after this summer and will purchase some heavy duty wicker next time around. Live and learn.

Low-Cost, High-Quality Patio Set
We did a lot of research before we bought this set. We wanted a patio set suitable for use on our deck--mostly for family evenings outside, but also for dinners with friends. This was a perfect choice! The entire set comes in a large heavy box that the delivery team kindly raised over our 6-foot stockade fence and left in the yard. Everything `except for the table arrived in excellent condition, pre-assembled. The metal furniture is well-made, and sturdy enough to hold up under 400-pounds on the couch, and 300 pounds on the chairs--with no evident damage or strain. The cushions are all pre-treated with scotch guard, and resist water.We love this set--which has added a lot of ambiance to our outdoor space. And the price is about half of what we found in local stores. Highly recommended!
