Light. Perfect fit. Learned from previous pairs that it helps to bend them 20-30 times before wearing the first few times. You wouldn’t do that with a cheap pair of shoes, but these are solid and well made. And yes, I am a Salomon junkie.

Excellent trainers. Can take a beating on the mountains and look good at the same time. Very comfy.

Great shoes for trail running or walking/hiking. Very comfortable and hard wearing and I love the lace alternative for ease of putting on and removing the shoes. Not water proof, but they protect my feet well. Very happy!

I've had these about 3 weeks now and can honestly say they're the most uncomfortable walking shoes I've had and I've had a lot. They're so firm after a short while walking my feet hurt and I've had knee pain since purchasing. Definitely avoid these, plenty others out there better priced, that provide much more comfort.

Light, airy, secure, comfortable. Easy to clean. Good grips.Like the drawstring lace features: always a deciding factor when choosing these types of trainers.

Bought these for my husband for Christmas. He wanted another pair of Salomans, but a certain style, certain colour etc, so ultimately I chose these. He isn't a runner, hiker, heck he only walks to the car! But you still need to be comfortable to do that lol they look nice on him, and the black means he can wear them with anything really, unlike some of the garish colours you see now. He was very happy with them and he is hard to please with footwear.

I’ve had several Speedcross trail shoes so I know their best for grip on muddy surfaces. The sole rubber is very hard which causes problems on surfaced paths etc. They are brilliant shoes easy to tie with their pull string mechanism which stores easily on the top of the shoe.
