This is a great swim bouy. I'm a swimmer (Masters, snorkel, scuba, open water).When it comes to swimming in oceans or lakes, whether snorkeling or open water, visibility is of utmost importance due to safety. This bouy came in the brightest green yellow that no one was able to miss.It's quite durable as I typically just throw it in my trunk with the rest of my swim gear. The size is perfect and the waist band is quite generous. It's easy to use as it has a twist cap that can't come off, so no chance of losing it. The dry pocket is quite handy- I was able to put my keys along with a fairly large Coach wristlet and Coach keychain in it without losing bouyancy/functionality. To that end, I would suggest putting items in the dry pocket while the bouy is deflated. The zipper can be a little difficult to pull close, but it's a dry pocket, so that is to be expected. The line from the bouy to waist band is also adjustable to meet the needs and comfort of the swimmer. I like mine to drag right about knee level, but everyone is different. I typically forget I have this on as it never impedes my movement in the water.Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend this swim bouy to others.

This float is very bright, well-made, and very easy to inflate/deflate. I chose this model so I could keep my keys and phone with me. I tested the transparent pouch is truly waterproof and airtight. I am very happy with this float and highly recommend it.

I used this during a snorkeling trip to St. Lucia. Many of the snorkeling areas were not roped off and fishing boats and water taxis zoom through those areas. This did it's job of making me visible. I did not need to use as a flotation device, but it was good to have it. It is fairly large, but blows up easily. It is light weight and packs well. I did not use the cell phone storage but from experience would add a zip lock bag if using for sensitive electronics. The storage area is narrow, so it would not work well for multiple items like wallet, phone and keys.

The pocket on this is NOT WATERPROOF, it will FILL with water no matter how tightly zipped you try. DO NOT OUT ANYTHING VALUABLE in this. Good for gu on a long swim and that’s it! Will return at once.

Love the fluorescent color as it is very noticeable and bright in the water. i usually swim alone in open water and like the ability of others who may be nearby seeing it. Great size and i put my car key in the waterproof pocket.

At full inflation it supports you "comfortably" in open water... but you must be below 200lbs... if you weigh more i strongly advise you also wear a life jacket etc...

I ocean swim at least 2-3x a week in various conditions and this isn't the first buoy I've had. I should've investigated more as I thought it would have a larger pocket for other items like a shirt and shorts. It only has the one transparent pocket which is where I put my phone and car fob. Its pretty close to water tight, but not enough as every time I try to charge my phone afterwards I get the "Liquid has been detected in th e...." and it takes a few hours to dry out.Other than that the waist band and buoy itself work as advertised, but you need to take the extra step and put your phone it a ziplock bag. The larger cavity buoys may not be as sturdy but I never had this issue.
