These are the best!
These are better than rice or corn cakes, so crispy, tasty and best of all they are high in protein so make a great pre or post exercise snack. Great on their own or with peanut butter or hummus added on top.

Lovely and filling.
I love these. Really filling with only 30 calories each. Even if you were to eat 5 that’s only 150 calories better still they are loaded with protein. So good if you are on a keto diet.

Delicious flavour and texture.
Quite a unique and delicious flavour. Love them with a little goats cheese and a dab onion ans balsamic vinegar chutney .

Awful
I bought these because I love their beetroot and pesto rice cakes, both very tasty. These protein ones however are tasteless and clammy and no amount of extras will make them taste better. Even the birds rejected them wholesale!
