I tried it out on my back pain, has a light warmth to it. I couldn’t tell the difference right away, but it was easy to put and comfortable, I just go on with my day. It’s easy to use, only need to charge the controller which is small. The timer goes 5 minutes increment, seems well made with the bulbs. It’s has been great for the last weeks, I will continue to use it.

I actually bought this for my dog who participates in agility. She loves it and it is so easy to use.

I wouldn't recommend this seller or product!!Original review was five stars. I absolutely felt the positive effects from the red light therapy. I bought this in April. Since then the lights stopped working. I reached out to the seller with photos of the belt not working, plus my receipt.Now they are asking for a video of me turning on the belt with a remote control. Unfortunately, I was never provided a remote and used lthe buttons on the battery. Not sure if they will honor their "lifetime guarantee" or not. If they do, I will update my review. Until then, I can no longer endorse this product.I paid $150 for this belt and it last for only a few good months. Super disappointed.

The media could not be loaded. It took some time to really get the hang of this unit because it is so feature rich. For starters do not confuse the power button and the timer button. From afar you think the timer is the power but the power button is on top. All face buttons are functions. This unit comes with a large pouch so you are not jamming the belt n parts in there. There is plenty of room for everything incl power cable n adapter, and instruction pamphlets n booklet. The square unit can only function top up or upside down but not sideways. The booklet clearly indicates this. Face up or face down is really to give the user the ability to look down and read or preset the unit and have power button on top for easier visual access. It is your call. I love that the display window is large and the technology is symbol rich meaning each time I press a button the display window has a symbol of some sort to tell me what I have selected and you have no uncertainty what you want bc the booklet defines all the functionality for you. The display window is large so it is easy to read. The timer has 5 minute increments up to 30 mins then has auto shut off. So you dont have to keep watching the time n remember to powerit off. But if you want to turn it off before the time expires you can of course. Watch my short video to see how to operate it. I try to use it a few times a day, several days a week for my lower back pains and turn the belt to the front for inflammation reduction. I have been using this new belt for over a month and I am seeing some more inflammation reduction as my stomach swelling is decreasing somw more. The lower back pain feels better the longer I keep using the product. This is not a product where you see instant results this is somwthing that could take many months. I have been using red light therapy belts for over 2 years. This unit is a game changer because this unit is portable.you are not bogged down with a power cord it is charged and you can move around. I can walk around and still be mobile and continue my day. Or I can sit n relax. This device is a game changer.

Great area, great treatment and noticeable improvement. I absolutely recommend this product. I think it's one of the best products I've ever had the pleasure of trying. It fits your body easily and stays in place with stability! I love that there are so many different options. Instead of one size fits all. Great product!

I really wanted to be able to give this product five stars. After getting no results from lower back arthritis pain with PT, pain meds, epidurals, nerve blocks, and a rhizotomy, I had high hopes that this was the salvation I'd been looking for. The product is well-made of good materials and is easy and convenient to use. Unfortunately, it has not worked for me. I've used it for 9 weeks, beginning the first four weeks at HIGH power (100%) for 20 minutes 2X/day, then upped it to 30 minutes 2X/day, same power. Have tried it both in continuous wave and pulsed. Makes no difference. No relief at all...zero. I'm envious of the reviewers who've had success with it. Wish I were one of them.

This is a great product with more pluses than minuses as the reviews indicate. Two things about the infrared belt I would prefer to be different:1) The battery would stay charged for more than 4 uses.2) The loud BEEP when the timer shuts off.These two things are just a little annoying but not enough to return the product. Infrared light therapy is amazing and it is nice to be able to walk around during treatment!
