These panels are exactly as described. I purchased 200 of them to re-roof a double-wide mobile home. I purchased some Weather Guard to go beneath the roofing panels to keep any moisture or condensation from building up. The installation was easy, thanks to some of the holes being pre-drilled. The panels did come with screws; however, I chose not to use them as I preferred to use a little longer shank screws with weather-proof washers around the screw head. The delivery of the 200 panels was almost 8 days earlier than what was expected at the time of purchase. I compliment the seller for having some close by and made or wait a non-factor! I would recommend this seller to anyone needing roofing metal panels. The panels are built sturdy, to the size specified, and yes, there is a clear coating on the front(painted) side of the panels, you can lay the panels out in the sun for about an hour as I did, and it peels off very easily, or if it is cold, use a blow dryer on the top of the panel for a couple of minutes to heat it up and it will assist with the removal of the protective film.

Really like this product . Used it to build a chicken coop and was easy to install and cut. Will buy more at a later date.

Don't expect it to be the same quality or thickness you would place on your home. These are very thin panels without a doubt, but they are perfect for what I used them for on a playhouse for my kids. Way cheaper and easier than using traditional asphalt shingles. I started around 8am & working solo I was able to finish roofing the entire 8'x10' roof before noon. Only thing you definitely need to buy your own roofing screws with rubber washers, the included screws are not adequate for mounting this. Not even close.

First review ever written for a Amazon product. This product is absolute garbage. Horrible quality. The coloring of the panels do not match the description. Very thin. There is plastic on each panel that requires you to manually rip off which will take at least 10 minutes for each small panel. Do not waste you money! Really, do not waste your money.

The price and convenience of the size of these was good, so I was willing to deal with some minor issues. Most pieces were slightly dented or scratched. Also there is a sheet of plastic on each piece - similar to when you get some appliance and then after like a year you realize there was a clear sheet of plastic over the face of it that maybe you were supposed to take off when you got it. I didn't realize this until I was about halfway through my project, and there was nothing in the box that mentioned the plastic, so I have no idea if it is something I was supposed to remove or not. But, seeing that it is lifting up in places where they scratched, I'm guessing I was supposed to peel it off, which is likely impossible now that they are all screwed in. I started peeling the plastic off one extra piece and it's not exactly easy - it doesn't want to come off in one sheet. That's annoying.

Right size , right price, however they are covered in a thin plastic film , time consuming and tedious to take off film , takes longer to peel off plastic film than install.Quick damage free shipping, would be 5 stars except plastic film issue

These panels came in great condition with all the parts needed for installationThe only issues were-The screw head color doesn’t match the roof- so we painted them…It doesn’t come with ridge cap- but we will make one from coil stockAll in all very affordable and useful for what it is- an inexpensive, easy to install roof.
