Essential part of the required mods for Chinese blast cabinets
I tried everything to make my Chinese harbor freight blast cabinet work. First, reseal the whole thing. Then add led lights that won't clog with dust. Then a Dust Deputy (absolutely awesome) to keep my shop vac from clogging. Finally bought this pickup tube. No more surging or clogging. Works smooth and reliably. I had to saw off the mounting tabs to work in my small cabinet.

Great replacement
Fixed the media siphon issue. My blaster worked perfect after replacing the cheap siphon tube

Huge improvement
night and day difference on my cyclone manufacturing sandblast cabinet. No more surging and can have more media in the cabinet. highly reommend!

Improved my blasting tremendously
The media comes out very consistently with this. With the original from Harbor Freight, I could feel the surging, which meant that there would be a lot of media, then hardly any, then a lot, etc. This seems like I get a much more consistent flow, making it easier to blast and a faster job.

Works better than my old one.
I bought this to replace the pick up tube in my Harbor Freight abrasive blasting cabinet. It works much better than the original and does not clog up the gun every minute or so as the old one did. I tried to modify my old one with limited success and should have gotten this a long time ago. I only gave it four stars because it is expensive for what you get.
