Razor High Roller BMX/Freestyle Bike, 20-Inch

The bike has far too many cheap plastic parts. If you read the reviews, the brakes are crap on this bike. I used to repair bikes, and this would need the entire brake system scrapped and new wheels (as the brakes and wheels have a unique design).Do not buy it unless you want to be disappointed or you only need a cheap bike for a couple of months.Normally I read the reviews religiously. I skipped church on this purchase!!!

Cool bike at a good price. I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my grandson and although I bought it in plenty of time my husband decided to unbox and assemble it two days before Christmas only to discover the front rim was bent! Had to return it and buy a bike at the store. Was trying to not have to go out shopping! Haha! Lesson learned - make sure if it requires assembly you do it right away! On the positive side the return was very easy. I’m glad for that!

The bike is what I’d expect for one for the price. My son loves it. Components aren’t the greatest, but good for the price. The rear red reflector was cracked but wasn’t a concern because I was replacing it with an led tail light. There was a decent size tear in the cardboard box, but everything was intact. The longer parts of the frame were wrapped in a protective heavy paper which was nice. Instructions were terrible but someone with basic knowledge of bicycles can put it together. It took my son and me about 30 minutes. We had to install the stem onto the frame and put the front wheel in the forks, connect the front brake cable, pedals and seat. It wasn’t too hard.

I would have given this a 5 star rating but the bike did not have the pedals with it and after contacting customer service I would have to either send it back in the box that my son destroyed because he was so happy to get a new bike,and have them resend me onother or buy some more and then ask for a refund of the purchase price of the pedals. Now I have to explain to my son why he has to wait for pedals that were supposed to be with his bike. Not satisfied at all with this purchase

Disappointed in quality. My biggest complaints are the poor brakes and the heavy weight of the bike. I bought this and one diamondback viper for my two sons (both $120 at the time) and the difference in quality is night and day. The diamondback can stop faster even though it just has rear breaks and it is close to 10 pounds lighter. To make matters worse, I can't replace the brake system on this razor with a better one because the rims are weird and at an angle so I also haven't even been able to find better brake pads. These are the first 20" bikes I have purchased so I don't know how they compare to others. I just know that I would not buy this razor bike again. We have a couple razor electric scooters which are great so I was expecting more from this bike. Sadly, I have learned when it comes to bikes, stay away from razor...there are better options out there.

Front fork was bent. It seemed impossible to get the front wheel in. Really wanted to avoid the hassle of putting it back in the box and returning, so we tried real hard and finally were able to put the wheel in. Brake Assembly was another hard part but it was likely because i have not assembled any bikes before. Once everything was setup, it looked great and my son loves to ride it.

Brake pads were missing on front brakes. Front forks on bike were bent inward so much that the front wheel could not fit in the holes were it went. Going to be a sad Christmas morning. Learned my lesson on waiting until Christmas Eve to assemble bike.

Finding a bike in July during the pandemic was impossible, and price gouging was rampant, so this was an economical solution. The box arrived ripped open and there were no instructions from what I could tell. The quality is probably in line with the price we paid. Assembly was not too bad, adjusting the brakes was about 45 mins of the hour I spent. As noted in other ratings, the brakes could be better. Otherwise, no issues after riding for a week, my son loves it.

Excelente bicicleta para rodar, mi hijo le encanta que es una bicicleta de calidad, liviana y duradera, definitivamente excelente para un niño, mi hijo de 8 años la adora, pues el asiento se baja hasta al final y queda muy bien a su altura. El diseño muy bonito y excelente para aprender los primeros trucos de freestyle. La recomiendo

La bici llegó mucho antes de lo esperado, aparenta tener una calidad superior a lo que su precio supone. Aún así, tiene varios accesorios de plástico que sería mejor fuesen metálicos (cómo las manijas de los frenos). La arme en una media hora y no se requiere demasiado talento para su ensamble, solo un poco de fuerza para apretar algunas tuercas. Quedo bien satisfecho con la compra (en razón a su precio).

Quality is fantastic, colors are simply Wow..! for a 10 year old boy, this really hit the mark & didn't break the bank! The only downside, was that the breaks were unadjusted & me not being a bike person I had no clue how to fix them, even with the provided instructions. An extra few dollars to get it done at a bike store & all done & good! Great buy!

Bought as a Xmas present for a 7.5yo but was a little too big for him. Really started to enjoy it when he turned 8. Great on gravel and unpaved roads, trails. I don’t think it is a BMX bike even though it comes with bars...it is I think heavy for BMX.
