Hi, Is the time adjustment automaticly?

Home and World times adjust automatically within the time zone each is set. It does not adjust automatically when moving to a different time zone ... you must pull out the crown and set it to the desired zone.

Does this version have lights to light the watch face at night?

Yes, they do. You press the large Grey button at the 6:00 position and the light comes on. Also, you can set it to come on when the watch face is angled at 45 degrees.
