Won't stay lined up.
Won't stay lined up. Have to use duct tape to keep it lined up.

Must position it right to work properly
Works ok. But positioning it in right spot can be an issue .sometimes need to try several times until you don't get an error code. Chinese voice is loud but S key can mute it.

Easier to put on than the original
If you are at the upper end of the size range for the cuff that originally came with your monitor, you may prefer this one. The bit of extra length allows this cuff to fit larger arms. It also made it easier for me to affix this cuff and get it positioned correctly even though my original cuff was big enough. The Velcro closure is cleanly aligned and secure with no loose stitching. All of the expected markings are clearly printed and easy to read. The tubing appears to be of the same quality as what originally came with both branded and store branded models we have at home. A variety of connectors are included but I was able to easily attach the tubing directly to the original connector for my monitor and got a secure fit. Aside from the fact that the cuff was easier to put on, I would not have known I was not using the original equipment provided with my monitor.

Backwards
This thing is backwards. Cuffs are designed to accommodate a bicep muscle, with a taper at the elbow. This one is made backwards. It is difficult to get a reading because the device sets an error.The little tips are made poorly as well. They leak and fall out of the machine

Great idea, but disappointing
The cuff on my current blood pressure monitor is getting older and I loved the idea of a larger size cuff that would fit on my machine. Unfortunately, none of the five adapters worked with either my machine or my husband's, which is a different brand. The cuff itself is quite large, but adjusts up or down in size as needed. I can’t comment on how well it works or how accurate it is since it doesn’t work with my machines.
