Great alternative to sitting on the Couch...
Easy enough to master so you can literally watch TV and get a decent little toning and balance workout... Easy to change modes and orientation and looks good enough to leave out in the room...

Works great
Great for balance and stretching. I have an Achilles problem and balancing on 1 leg along with stretching helps tremendously. Also good for ski training.

Good, but could be better
Sturdy. Will do what it claims. (I’ve been using it for about 2 months.). I like its versatility. I wish it was 8Inches to a foot longer.

Wow! This Balance Board Is TERRIFIC-- And Beautifully Made Too! Worth Every Penny! ;o)
Hello there, nice to meet you! ;o)Wow!I just took this board and its parts out of the box last night, and boy was I impressed with the quality of the woods used, details, set up and more!(I confess, I own several of these balance boards that wasn't good as they could be, and this Sportneer 2 in 1 Balance Board came out on top, pun intended! My search for a better board is finally over! ;o)The laminated wood edges are sanded and prepped super smooth, along with a lovely non-slip surface on the top of this board. There's a nifty way to change the rocker parts to the slant parts, and they are held in place with strong magnets. And there's room for adjustment too, from 25% slant to 30% slant to help with stretching exercises, as well as switching to the rocker panels for side to side motion to forward and backward motions. I simply can't get over how simple and how well made this balance board can be. Talk about quality all around, you know? This is one of the first instruction manuals I've encountered in a long while, that is super clear how to put together the balance board for the first time-- err first workout, along with imagery how to do some basic exercises-- which is terrific, as I'm a very visual person, and I learn best that way. I was literally up and running-- off to the races so to speak, within minutes of opening the box! This exercise gadget is a boon for me, as I need to work on my balance and stretching for the new year, as I can't wait to be ready for water sports (think paddle board) in the spring season. To say I'm a happy camper is an understatement! ;o)Not only that, this Sportneer Balance Board is rather affordable too, only about $29.00 at the time of this review. Talk about a fantastic gift for family and friends alike to help them with their fitness too. (Christmas is just a few days away, hint, hint!)I can't praise this wonderful balance board enough! But of course, highly recommended, and a quality buy!Give this affordable Sportneer Adjustable 2-in-1 Balance Board a try... I don't think you'll regret your purchase.***********************************************************May Your Holidays Be Warm, Cheery And Bright! ;o)Cheerio and Best of Luck in all your endeavors! Hopefully, this review was helpful.

Helpful for exercise or stretching, but BE CAREFUL
I have a non-organic hip (it's made of titanium and I've had it about 8 years now) and it hasn't stopped me from doing anything, except, sadly running (because according to my doctor, it hastens replacement because of the impact). I do walk 6 miles on it every weekday (and my doctor said that doesn't hasten replacement [or I wouldn’t do it]), and this year I also took up a hula hoop and learned to do it because – hip action. This platform then, seemed like another interesting way to keep my hip functioning and mobile. And it is, but even with my bio-hip, it's both a challenge, and if not carefully used, potentially dangerous. So be careful if you get this. Don't, for instance, stand near a glass door or window because if you lose your balance it could be very dangerous. Clear yourself some space so you don’t fall or sway into furniture.Having given both an obvious, but nonetheless necessary, warning, I will say, that my new goal is to try to balance and hula hoop at the same time, although I find it extremely unlikely to ever be tried, let alone achieved; but really, what's a goal if it's easily attained? There are several potential ways to use this and balance which can be tried with the board in two different directions, each of which presents a different challenge. But also, and more safely, if balance is a real concern, you can swap out the two semi-circular pieces which mandate the board for balance, there's a straight angle mounting which allows the board to be used for calf and ankle stretching -- there are two angles that allow to increase the stretch. Read the directions on this and make sure to screw the pieces in correctly.I have the basic balance down with the circular support on either side of my feet (the more difficult challenge is rotating the piece 90 degrees and having your feet on either side of the circular supports. I would say the hula hooping is many moons down the road if ever, but it's a great device, but be very conscious of the safety issues attendant to a small balance board. I would not recommend this to everyone for that reason.
