The media could not be loaded. So I have had this tea dispenser for about a month and honestly I love it better than the other 3 I've purchased from other companies, the size is perfect it stays a constant temp easy to clean easy to use! Definitely going to purchase another one for a gift!

We purchased this dispenser for an event where we served hot cocoa over the course of a few hours. It kept the cocoa hot the entire time. The thermometer worked well and there were no leaks. Cleaning it afterward was easy. Would purchase again!

Great for our cafe when we do pop up sample beverages tasting. Worked so well for bone broth and hot cocoa. Stays hot and easy to use.

It's pretty great. The only thing is that I was making Glüwien. I made it in a pot and then poured into the dispenser to keep it warm. It started to boil the wine even though it was set to a low temperature. Not sure why that happened. Either way, it worked great, holds a ton of liquid and kept it heated all night.

I purchased this tea dispenser to use for hot cocoa. I tried it out, took about 15 minutes heat to the temp I set it on (about 122F), the dial is set with temp about 84F with 18 degrees between the next labeled temp. The heat went higher than the 122F I set it on but still maintained the temp with little fluctuations. Over all product, was great! Insulation was top notch, I could touch it and never was hot. Durable electrical power cord as well.
