Beautiful fashion statement
This is one of the best things I've gotten on Amazon recently. It's a great looking long necklace and holds 4 baby aspirin if they are neatly stacked up in it. I take those with me in case of a heart attack. It includes two little washers to seal it so you can shower with it. I would wear this simply for the way it looks. I got the silver one and never take it off.

Not good for arthritic hands!
This is a great item for the fashion conscience person but it is too difficult for a person with arthritis to open it because the top is so small.

No leak or moisture buildup
Sturdy. I shower daily with this on and there has been no leak or moisture buildup. I keep tablets inside for an emergency. The tablets have remained pristine. Easy to open. Seals completely. It has darkened slightly with wear, otherwise unchanged after <1yr.

Nitro necklace
This is beautiful I’m always getting compliments on its beauty. I have worn a nitro holder necklace for over 20 years and it was UGLY. thank GOD I lost it and my husband bought me this one 😉

Pretty, holds tiny pills like nitroglycerin. Weak clasp.
This pendent is pretty, and holds the tiny nitroglycerin tablets I need to keep with me, but unfortunately the chains clasp pulls apart and so I will need to take it to a jeweler's and have new stronger clasp put on the chain, before wearing it again.

Beautiful and functional EDC pill case
I bought the silver version to keep two nitro pills in (though the storage/pill capacity is probably closer to 10, I don't want to lose my whole prescription). After wearing this daily for about a week, it popped open once, and now I have a habit of checking its tightness every so-often. Not a deal-breaker; I have other everyday carry items that unscrew and open. This is a beautiful little piece of jewelry. Functional and aesthetic: I love the shape, and how heavy it is, and how it feels being worn.
