Butt kicker of a workout
Great product. Workout left me gassed after just 5 minutes. I look forward to being tortured some more. š

More like two workouts for the price of one.
This is definitely not a workout for beginners. I would recommend you have significant prior kettle bell experience. You are an animal if you can do the entire workout from start to finish.I split the video into two different days, Swing Workout, Turkish Getup, Leg Burner, Core Workout/Cooldown, on one day, and Manmaker, Slingshot, Upper Body Blast, Core Workout/Cooldown, on a second day. I perform the workouts in that order. The first day is 38 minutes, the second is 34 minutes.Keith Weber actually goes too fast for me, so other than the Core Workout, I do not follow the video.*Update* August, 2020Apparently, I have become a top reviewer of this product since my 2016 review. I don't know what has changed with this DVD workout. I paid about $30 in 2016, and I'm seeing a price of about $100 now. If it's the same DVD that I purchased, stay away. Look into Art of Strength instead. Extreme Kettlebell Cardio Workout is a great workout, but as I mentioned, if this is the same DVD and workout as I purchased in 2016, it is seriously overpriced.

Workouts included are fine, but production value is bad and instructor uses poor form
As stated in other reviews, this workout is filmed on a beach with a stationary camera and the production value is pretty dismal. Wind sometimes masks what is being said, etc., That *could* be forgivable, but what I found disconcerting is that the instructor uses incredibly poor form on many moves, especially in the first 2-3 workouts. You can see him visibly shake and wobble while he's holding the bell overhead. This is because HE'S STANDING IN A SAND HOLE WHILE LIFTING! Shifting/moving sand will do that, I guess, but it's really inadvisable to showcase such poor form and unwise location, especially for beginners. That being said, if these workouts were filmed in a gym and proper execution and form were shown, the workouts would be effective. I'm keeping the DVD and will use some of the workouts, but will simply makes notes for myself and not watch the instructor doing what I consider to be a disservice to kettlebell training.

New to kettlebells and I loved this work out
New to kettlebells and I loved this work out. I have done weight training as well as p90X in the past. This is a great cardio work out that's still fun since you get to toss some weight around. As someone who hates running, elipticals, ect., it is hard to find a cardio work out that I don't want to bail on in the first ten minutes. This work out will have you gassed by the end without staring at a clock the whole time, waiting for enough to pass for it to count as a workout.Male, 155, 25lb kettlebell

Thumb to bum, just like that!
Overall a very challenging workout depending on the weight your using. I like that its split into parts so if i want to do a quick 15 minute workout i can pick which one. Iām not going to lie this is not for beginners and if your new to kettlebells try with a 10lb or you will injure yourself. Others complaining about there being a lack of instructions on how to properly perform each move need to check out all the youtube videos he has that give you excellent instructions.

Nice job Keith
Don't let the title turn you away. Not trying to join the X games or anything, but simply put these are excellent workouts. I first wondered why his legs where so massive from kettlebells. Workout for 20 mins and you will understand. It's a FULL BODY cardio and strength training workout. Awesome!

Absolute beast of a workout - can't recommend it enough
This workout is insane. It's most definitely a cardio workout, but it builds muscle and fatigues your entire soul. I do the DVD once per week as a change from lifting and running. It's low impact but exhausting. I do four chapters at a time. Upper Body Blast, Swing, Slingshot, Core Workout. Even at low weight, the workout is intense, because it never stops. During the breaks, you're doing hot potatoes or slingshots, which compress your chest and keep you from catching your breath. And if you manage to complete the workout, adding just a few pounds to the kettlebell resets the entire playing field, and you're back to huffing and puffing. Keith is a beast. It's especially great for changing a routine. I'm a runner, so the weights destroy me. And my friends who do weightlifting, are amusingly embarrassed at how they can't complete the exercises. Everyone is left panting and hunched over. My favorite workout DVD ever. 5 solid stars. You can use this for a decade and keep getting benefits.

You think you are in shape...
I've been working out for a long time and thought I was in pretty good shape for a 52 year old. I guess I was wrong! I haven't been able to make it to the gym as much as I would like so I got some kettle bells. Looking for a good working, I stumbled on this and decided what the hell. Let's challenge myself. I've done 3 weeks with this video and while I still get gassed, I can at least keep up with Keith. I've started out with 20 lb bells but he is using 45 lbs I think. He is a beast! If you are looking for a good full body workout at home that will burn tons of fat, look no further.

Try to keep up
Keith Weber is an animal! I have all three DVDs in his workout series. This one is the most challenging by far. The biggest difference is that he utilizes two kettlebells which increases intensity as well as routine variation. I highly recommend all of Weber's products. My only suggestion is that you start with one and/or two before moving onto the workouts in this DVD. Train smart, train hard!

I really like this workout and have used many kettle bell workouts ...
I have a new name for Keith Weber "the punisher". I really like this workout and have used many kettle bell workouts in the past, but nothing gets the job done so efficiently as this. This is on the beach and feels very organic, not over produced which is fine by me. Less is more and I really like the "real" element of this.

Great workout!
Tough workout! It's very intense, so if you're a beginner make sure you use light weights when you start out. I bought a 10, 15 and 20 lb set of kettlebells, I've only used the 10 for the first couple days and I can't make it through the first 3 workouts yet! I'm going to keep at it because I already feel stronger and more energetic from staying with it. Pay attention to his form when doing it. Very satisfied!

Tough workout, needs instruction.
Workout is not for beginners. It is difficult. I enjoyed it except for the lack of instructions describing each move. The video should have had an introduction for users because the workout is continuous once you begin

Not very instructional
Very basic. Somebody is just filming this guy with a phone while he is slinging a kettle bell around on the beach. Dude is in shape though. My dvd was literally a store bought blank dvd. Of course the program was on the dvd. This guy made some real $$$$$

Awesome! Thanks for the recommendation Joe Rogan!!
This is a no frills, no fluff amazing workout!! I am a 43 year old female advanced exerciser, and I am in love with this video! All you need to do is increase the weight to give yourself a challenge!

It kicked my ass and I enjoyed the work out very much
I was a little shocked by the video quality. My boy asked if it was shot in the 90s. That aside, the work out is no nonsense! It kicked my ass and I enjoyed the work out very much. I purchased it because Joe Rogan recommended it.
