Q: Mine seem to "separate" in the capsule, I can see globs of white in the liquid is that normal? Thank you

I haven't had that happen--mine is always clear liquid. But I live in Florida and if you live where it's cold, I suppose some of the ingredients could separate and solidify. I doubt that would matter when you take it. I've had that separation happen with coconut oil capsules and it doesn't mean anything with them. They are still good.

Q: Is the tilapia fish used farm raised or fresh caught, my understanding is most tilapia is farm raised?
