Book well written and good information.

After purchasing their books about the CUBS and WHITE SOX,i was ready for CHICAGO FLASHBACK by the staff of the CHICAGO TRIBUNE.Well,i am happy to say that it's another good book.From AL CAPONE to BILL VEECK en passant par JANE ADAMS and MUDDY WATER,.it deals with people and events that took place during more than 100 years.While instructing about the city's history, you'll also learn things you did not know.

Very intersting book with nummerous photograps about the history of Chicago. A complete sight on several things what happended like the Prohibition, The Hoodlums of Mobsters. Etc. a Must for every history buff!

Really enjoyed this book and keep it on our coffee table for visitors to look at. I grew up in Chicago and now live in Central Indiana but Chicago will always be my home.

I've been to Chicago several times over the years, but anyone who's passionate about photography and big cities would undoubtedly love this book. Also, each photo is accompanied by a very interesting and informative article.

Bought this as a gift for my sister in law she loves it.

Hubby loves Chicago history. It was perfect.

Not very happy the book was not in the original plastic protective wrapping as most coffee table books.
