The cream goes on ok no powdery residue, it did not work on my under eyes but it doesn't mean it wouldn't work on other peoples skin. And sellers were very nice and gave a refund as they believe in their product and want satisfaction for buyers.

Definite tightening effect on the bags under my eyes that lasts a few hours. It smells lovely and doesn't leave a horrible white powdery chalkiness that similar products do.
