Ever since I discovered Nutrabio I have fallen in love with their products!!! They are amazing!! for me personally I have made the biggest strength and size gains in my entire workout career. I got the fish oil to help my joints for heavy lifting and for all intensive purposes I noticed an improvement. I also added wrist, knee and elbow supports/ wraps as well. As with most fish oil supplements there is a slight fish burp/taste after. I have found that if I take the pill then chase it with a meal the fish taste is gone or greatly reduced. Also instead of taking 2 capsules per dose I take just 1 and still get the desired effect and less fish burps.
