The box of the 32A- New read UL but it’s not in the charger. The model # indicating it’s the 32A- New can not be seen in the box or the charger.

Display reading 123 degrees is this okay? what is the highest temp which is safe?

I believe it is the temp reading within the charge device itself, not the battery temp in the car. My charger is mounted in a garage (hot in the summer) and shows temperatures in this range, maybe even a little higher). It goes up into this range when it is charging the car at 31amps, which is expected because of the high current load. It seems to be working fine. There is no spec on the upper limit that I know of, but I would expect the unit will function up into the 130's range.

I can not fined a user manual

Don't need one. No buttons, no switches, it's plug and play and fully automatic. One end plugs in the wall, the other plugs in the car when needed, charges the car when the car asks for a charge. The display is FYI (current temperature, current, voltage).

Electric spec sheet manual?

There was no manual supplied with the unit, only a simple 2 page spec sheet that was essentially a promotional brochure with some basic specs. But the unit is very simple to install, any competent electrician should be able to do it. The installation is the same as installing a 240VAC service for a clothes dryer. Once installed, just plug the connector to the car charge port and the unit starts charging. It tells you on the display what it is doing (the charge voltage, the charge current, the KWh of energy being put into the battery, and the total time of the charging cycle) as the charge cycle progresses.
