Leica 18785 C Camera C Twist (Dark Red Burgundy)

This is just the case I was searching for my Leica C, good quality, soft, and is easy to open and take the photos without delay.Protects the camera very well.

supposed to support a tiny camera and the thickness of this thing is so big not doubles the size. What are they thinking?

Decent protection, but totally impractical to take pictures with the case on. Ideally, you would need to take it off and it's NOT an easy in and out case (the screw at the bottom is real tight to turn even with strong nails - I was not planning to carry a screw driver with me every time I want to take picture. I returned it). Otherwise the quality of the manufacture is excellent. Just a bad design for my purpose.

As advertised, but in my opinion not up to Leica standards. The screw attachment that goes into the camera tripod mount is extremely stiff and hard to turn. Even loosening it a teeny bit by working it with a screwdriver did not improve my opinion of the product. And it is not possible to remove the battery or card without removing the case so ease is important.

It is impossible to secure camera to the case without using a screw driver by tightening the screw; however, a work-around is to turn the camera about the screw in a clockwise direction. Viola! A unique and nicely crafted case for the Leica C secured without hassle.

Nice quality case that is practical for the camera it design for.
