I take a couple of products for a natural approach to my high blood pressure. A diuretic like this is for most people a fundamental for a non prescription approach to high BP. This Vita Heart brand does work pretty good in ridding one of fluid and sodium that very much affects ones BP. Unfortunately there are certain products on Amazon that do not offer a discount in shipping for multiple units. This is one of them. The base price of this per package is quite reasonable. Unfortunately its all rather lost if you order multiple units for the shipping is multiplied by the same price price per unit every time you add another to the order. That makes it pretty expensive compared to some other diuretics available on Amazon.The bottom line on this stuff is that it has worked for me in the past quite well. However I have used other diuretics that either cost less or come with a discount on shipping for multiple units that work just as good. I would do some research first and try a cheaper brand, or one that offers a shipping discount before trying this... : )Update: As of July, 2013, this supplement now ships with the shipping price that stays the same, or changes very little with each ordered. Definitely good stuff and a deal this way, but keep an eye on it. If it changes back to no discount for shipping its not worth it...

I was surprised at how fast these seem to help your blood pressure. The cost is reasonable and they arrive within a few days of ordering. You can order them to come automatically each month if that is your preference.

Once again the Ameal BP capsules were smelly! They should ship only a fresh product! Does anyone from Amazon read these reviews!

I've been buying this for my mom for over a year and it's helped with her blood pressure way more than prescription Meds recommended by the family doctor. I'd tell you to give this a try 100% if you have a bp issue. It really does work!

This product really work for me, my Blood pressure was 154/90 after taking it reduced it 133/71. It contains a lot of vitamins and some other natural herbs that works with the blended vitamins.... it has potassium, vitamin c and magnesium. Also the price of the product is fantastic

This works better than any other over the counter product for high blood pressure and relieving swelling
