Incredibly smooth operation! Ive had other smith/cable machines in the past with terrible cable and pulley systems that bind halfway up or down the guides. This machine is super sturdy and easy to set up. Bench and weights great quality . Very small complaint is small scratches were present (blame fedex) overall excellent home gym for beginners or hard core strength training.

Built heavy, good quality.

It takes time to assemble, around 5h with 2 people, but it’s and is as useful as It’s described.The only caveat here is the shipping process. It took more than 2 weeks to get all boxes and most packages came damaged (carriers fault). Also, there were scratches all over. Probably due to the poor handling while transporting the boxes.Having said that, the customer support is good handling all questions and complaints.

The media could not be loaded. I’m completely in love with the RitFit Buffalo Smith machine. I did a lot of research before finally investing into this machine.Some of the reasons I chose this system is because it has everything you could ever need, including all the attachments and bumper plates. It’s aesthetically pleasing, plus based on previous reviews I knew their customer service was excellent.Putting it together took us several hours but instructions were pretty easy to follow. The boxes came in multiple shipments and it arrived earlier than expected. Ritfit’s customer service is EXCELLENT. They answered all my questions and made sure I received all of the items included in the machine.I cannot recommend this system and company enough. Very happy and I will continue to purchase other additions to our gym from this company given how responsible and great their customer service is.

Built this by myself, it was a little difficult but pretty straightforward. One of the smith machine guide arms were damaged, I reached out to customer service, and they replaced it immediately and refunded me $20 for the inconvenience. Great product, even better customer service. Will be buying from them again 👏🏼

The machine was shipped very fast, it all arrived within a week. The set up took about 4 hours. Overall there were a few minor scratches mostly from shipping. I couldn't expect any higher quality of shipping especially since most everything arrived quickly. The machine arrived within a few days and the rest came within the week. The machine is quality built and functions flawlessly. I would highly recommend for a home gym.
