I received this scooter about a week ago. One of the best products I have purchased in a long time. Easy to set up, easy to ride and easy to navigate the app. I am 50 years old and was a little skeptical on getting this scooter. I feel like I am 25 when I am riding the scooter. Really goes fast so get familiar with the governed settings. I weigh 280 pds and able to get up to the 28 mph speed. I usually keep it at a slower setting(21mph). Great value. I love the scooter! The only issue is the clip that is supposed to lock the scooter in the folding/carry. Difficult to catch the mechanism. I loosened the mechanism and it catches much better but I dont like it being loose. Overall, great sturdy scooter. Go get yours!

The latch for trifold carrying and storage on two different scooters of this model is manual positioning so when you set it down and pick it up the I bar breaks loose and the whole thing unfolds. Turning lights are a bit dim as well. Other than that, great ride. Good scooter.

The scooter is awesome. I had an isinwheel scooter before, but sent it back, because I had purchased another scooter I had liked before the isinwheel arrived. I kept my word that I'd order another. Keep up the good design work and quality. The S10 Max is as good as advertised. Quick take off, climbing hills are no problem and it reaches the 28 mph speed. I'm glad the scooter has the start mode feature. I can just push the throttle to start moving. I don't have to push off with my foot to start. The feature can be turned on or off with the app of without the app. Makes the scooter easy to maneuver in traffic or crowd of people. I've only used the scooter a few times because of the rain. But so far I'm loving it. I'd recommend to anyone. Has all the features I need. Some may have a few issues/complaints. Nothing is perfect though.

My scooter does not latch on when folded, so it makes carrying it in the bus very difficult. Also, the tires are not puncturless, I have had the scooter since April 9 th and both inner tubes have gone flat and a quarter sized hole has worn thru the tire tread itself on the front tire, the rear tire is completely flat as well and when I asked for a replacement tire tread they said they sell them separately and I'd have to buy the whole wheel instead. It promotes as puncturless tires, why would I have to buy anything when it is being clearly misrepresented in the adds. I'm still waiting on a response, this happened four days ago. I'll keep you posted

Way better than expected! It’s fast, rugged and fun!

Great scooter!Just note it’s very heavy! So don’t plan on folding and carrying it for large distance or up the stairs.

Where to start! I was needing something to get me to and from the station, and even home from work on occasion. I’m a little on the hefty side and not the most balanced so I did a LOT of research on different scooters (pay load, distance, battery life, build quality, and how smooth the ride was) while trying to keep a decent budget in mind. I landed on this scooter and I have to say… I am enjoying it!Pros:Value for the moneyEasy to useMileage is close to advertised - but depends on weight, road conditions, and weather. I am 215lbs and able to get 26-28 miles going 9-15 miles per hour. Going any faster, the more it eats the battery.Smooth ride- went over rocks, bumps, sticks and didn’t feel a thing or get knocked off!Cons:The locking mechanism that keeps the arm down for you to carry isn’t the greatest. You have to make sure it hooks the little post each time before you pick it up otherwise it comes undone.The light is up top of the scooter- which is great! But- the bag it comes with covers it and the wraps of the bag are a bit long to wrap around the arm.Weight is about 48lbs of deadweight which is slightly inconvenient but I need the workout, so don’t mind! (Not a con)I would give this 5 stars if the locking mechanism was more solid.
