Amazing chair. I really like the comfort and thickness of the chair. It's very sturdy, and the adjustments work well. Back support is good, but I wish that the back feature could have a setting where it sits up totally straight with no slight leaning back. Sometimes when Im at my desk I need to sit up really straight depending on what type of things I maybe working on on the computer. I'm really impressed with its high back. I was wanting an office chair with a high back and sturdy enough to handle the weight of my plus size family, and it definitely passed the test in all areas.Overall I really like this chair. The color I love because it fits perfectly with blue decor in my home. Putting it together was quite simple. It really didn't take up to much time. Just follow the picture diagrams. All assembling supplies came with the chair packaging. I would definitely recommend. This is one chair that will not give out on me. Excellent quality.

This chair is really worth the money! The appearance is simple and elegant, the workmanship is fine, and it is suitable for home/office. It feels super comfortable to sit on, the waist and back are well supported, and you won't feel tired after sitting for a long time. The wheels are smooth and silent, easy to move, and easy to install. The price is the same as the price of the product, the cost performance is super high, and the customer service attitude is also very good. I am very satisfied after using it for a few days, it is worth buying!

This chair’s lumbar support is fantastic for my back during long workdays. The footrest is a game-changer when I need to lean back for quick breaks. the reclining ability is super solid. Assembly took me about 20 minutes very easy, just slotting parts together—and it’s held up solidly. The armrests feel a bit narrow if you’re broad-shouldered, but the leather look very new and cool. Great value for the price!

Great quality chair! Very easy to put together. The seat doesn’t click into the base and when you lift the chair it comes off- but only a small annoyance. Doesn’t affect the use as far as I can tell so far.The only reason it isn’t 5 star is that it is marketed for “big and tall”. I am a size 16/18 woman. Chunky but not obese. I just have a lot of junk in my trunk if you know what I mean (big bootie lol). So I opted for a larger chair for comfort. And it IS comfortable. Fits me perfect. My sides barely touch the chair, but they do touch. And I’m worried for my extra chunky friends that they will buy this expecting to fit. I would say if you are closer to 220-250 and above- skip this one.As far as the tall part goes, this would definitely work for my tall friends! I was able to lift the seat and when I sat I felt like a toddler sitting on grandmas kitchen chairs lol My feet didn’t touch the ground, so I would say 5 star for tall people!I do wish the arm rests were also adjustable. That might annoy tall friends also. They’re low even for me (5’6”). More like a hand rest lol My elbows don’t touch unless I lean to one side.Overall I am happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend- just not for my larger than me friends.

This chair is exactly as advertised. Its sturdy, comfortable and has nice back support. If you want to recline and kick your feet up, this chair is perfect. Putting it together was easy. Overall, I am a very satisfied customer.

Instructions are easy to follow, but pay attention. There are a few steps where things don't install the same way on both sides.Chair is comfortable. Lumbar support is minimal at best at least sitting up.I'm 5'8 285 and the chair holds me just fine, and is comfortable wide.Armrests are sturdy so far but there is zero adjustment on the height of them.

I would leave less stars but perhaps some of this is on me for purchasing it despite reading the reviews. As others have stated, this is constructed with very cheap materials and I do not believe it's worth it's price, or even half the price. With that being said, it does look nice and that's the really all it has going for it. Assembly took about 20-25 minutes.I'll touch on a few issues that I didn't see addressed in other reviews. First, the seat bottom that you sit on is flat and stiff. There is no contour to your rear end and I find it rather unpleasant to sit on. You do not "sink" into this chair at all, feels like your sitting on a thin cushion on a wooden park bench or something.Secondly, every office chair I've owned has a setting where it reclines back some as you sit in it but you can adjust the resistance to your liking. This chair does not have this. You set the tilt where you want it and it remains fixed in that position. So if you're reclined (this thing reclines back far btw) and want to sit up, you can't just kind of rock forward to sit up. You have to sit up and then pull the lever to retract back up.The last thing I'll mention is that the headrest has no adjustment. I'm 6ft tall and its basically in my shoulders.I really dislike this chair but do not feel like going through the return process and disassembly so I'll likely just give it away. If you're reading this review consider yourself warned. I'll probably go to a local office supply store and buy one that I can put hands on and test out before buying another office chair.Update: it’s been a few weeks and the chair is being passed around the office with no one wanting to take it. It’s become kind of a joke how bad this chair is. We’ve been sneaking it into people offices when they are out of the office lol. Since I can’t find a single person who likes it, I’m changing from 3 stars to 1 star. Do not buy this chair.
