I took the Insta360 Flow 2 Pro to Napa for our wine trip, and it made everything so easy. The setup is simple, and it only takes one hand to start filming. Theres a slight learning curve for the different modes, but once you read the manual, it becomes very intuitive. Switching between the front and back cameras is seamless, and the human tracking feature is incredibly powerful. I even used it to give a presentation over a Zoom meeting.We filmed a lot while driving, and the footage came out stunning. The battery life is impressive—we were able to film all day without any issues.This is a game changer, and I didn't have to spend $700 on a Pocket 3. Another big advantage over the Pocket 3 is how easy it is to edit footage directly on your phone using iMovie.It would easier to use once I get my magnetic phone mount.

This significantly disrupts the filming process and requires constant manual intervention, undermining the "AI-powered" ease-of-use claim.Returning to Base Position: A major workflow frustration is the lack of an intuitive way to quickly return the gimbal to a neutral or centered base position. Instead of a simple double-tap or physical reset, it often requires fiddling with button combinations. This wastes precious time between shots or when trying to reset for a new angle, making spontaneous filming awkward and interruptive.Built-in Selfie Stick & Tripod: The integrated design, combining the gimbal with an extendable selfie stick and foldable tripod legs, remains a strong point. This thing works well. Watch the videos as it does have some cool features. Be sure and use the App while recording. You will have more features than the native phone camera.

The construction seems really high quality, and it has all sorts of options. My only complaint has more to do with the UI/UX: it's too easy to switch accidentally into weird modes that people use rarely if ever. Most of the time you're shooting regular video or taking a photo but it's easy to accidentally switch into timelapse and other modes without knowing it.
