Any video on how to install? I've already installed one but just clipped it on previous braket. AC works but never turns off. Wrong part or install?

The installation is pretty straightforward. I don't recall having any problems putting it in but that was a few years ago. It is a regulator so it may be defective but that sounds more like the controller than the regulator. The regulator just allows the controller to adjust the blower speed. The controller makes that adjustment and turns the blower on and off. You can pull the regulator back out and test it on the bench. If the regulator tests ok then you need a new controller.
