I purchased this earpiece for my wife, at her request. It's a really comfortable earpiece to wear, and you'll find yourself forgetting that you're wearing it after the first 30-60 minutes. It's very lightweight, and easy to use.Above, I stated that I bought it for my wife. Her only complaint about it is that she wishes the silicone ear piece was a tad bit smaller, or at least came with a smaller one as an option. That's something I plan on fixing for her with a little bit of shaving of the silicone. As for me, I tried it and really enjoyed it. I even changed the silicone piece for one of the others, and was able to remove the support arm without fear that it fell...bear in mind that this was for an hour inside my own home, and only while sitting. I have a feeling that with a little time and some sweat, that it would eventually fall out...but in my time with it, it didn't happen.Now, my wife has washed 4 of her past earpieces by forgetting that they were in her pocket. Knowing how inexpensive this one was, I'd be willing to purchase a few more to have around as back ups for her.As for the electronics...it seems as though there hasn't been many big improvements over the versions I was buying 8-10 years ago, so don't look at this as an improvement over something more expensive.I considered giving it only a 4 star rating, but with the wife's only complaint being that her ear hole is a tad too small, I'm leaving the product review stand as a 5 star.I'm considering purchasing more of these to keep around for her...and that should be testament as to how I feel about it...that I plan on buying it again.

This is a great blutooth only downside is the button is super sensitive so when wearing a winter hat it tends to hang up on everyone other than that its crystal clear and everyone can hear me just fine as well amd the battery usually lasts till bout 2pm im on it constantly in coms with the office from the field background noise reduction is good too even when its windy they can still hear me

I purchased this product in July 2020. It worked well for all my business calls, no complaints from anyone I talked to. I am extremely hard on it and work with it while sweating, sanding drywall dust, paint, sawdust. It is used hard 5 days a week. No issues. Battery life was good. Only in the last 2 months of June and July of 2023, did battery life wane considerably (lasting less than an hour) and decided to replace with another JABRA. I originally paid about $20 so lasting for 3 years is a pretty good value in my book.

I was looking to buy Bluetooth headset to replace my Plantronics M55 which conked out when it fell in a puddle of water.Since I use my headset exclusively for answering my cell phone when driving, (which is just once or twice per week maximum)I decided to go with the Jabra TALK Bluetooth Headset because it is a basic headset and is not so pricey.This Jabra headset looks like the run-of-the-mill headset, it measures 2.4 cm by 5 cm by 1.6 cm.On the plus side the in-ear design silicone ear buds and plastic hooks are very comfortable on the ear and the call qualityis clear and is of acceptable quality, also the headset also automatically paired with my IPhone 5s the first time I turn it on.On the downsides, I only received a 30 cm USB cable with the headset which can be used on the Computer or the car's USB charger.Also, I am able to charge it with my old charger.Remember you only get what you pay for; I retrospect I should have gone for something a more expensive.UPDATEI have been using this headset since November 2014; I have since changed my mobile phone and its working fine with theSamsung Galaxy and it has performed quite well as at December 2016. I have had no problems with it.

OK, First, I need to say that I use to be (USE TO BE) a Jabra fan for many a year. I had two of the jabra jx10 ear piece sets. They lasted for years!!! I had two because I used them so much that I ran out of battery and while I was using that one, the other was charging. That system worked s well for me. Finally, after years of use, they gave out, first one, then the other. Since that model was discontinued, I bought a used jabra jx10 to replace them. (I paid as much as $128.00 for one jx10. That is how much I liked it, and how devoted I was to Jabra.) Finally, I just had to throw in the towel and buy a new ear piece. I bought the Jabra Talk Bluetooth Headset. It worked well for a few weeks, (OK, a couple of weeks.) After a while, the Bluetooth connection started dropping. Then the connection required me to restart the phone and earpiece, and go through the Bluetooth re-connect multiple times before it would finally connect. Now, I cannot get it to connect at all. WHAT HAPPENED TO JABRA????? I am one of those crazy people who keep questionable companies in business; this meaning that I am not bothering to return the earpiece, I am just throwing it away and buying a different brand, hopefully from a new, startup company, before they begin to hire relatives, increase salaries beyond anything reasonable, buying Mazarattis as a company expense, and marking it down as a vehicle needed to transport cargo, going on monthly trips to Monte Carlo as a business expense.; and then, because the money is running short, start purchasing crap components in order to save money, so they can keep the Mazarattis. As a quality company, JABRA DIED!!! - - - R.I.P.
