Can you connect a steam deck or nintendo switch to these?

No they do not I tried Nintendo switch it didn't work I even bought a adapter still nothing maybe steam deck but not sure except for the Nintendo

Can these be powered on just using a power bank, and can they also connect to a real time camera through WiFi?

No they cannot they are wired glasses that plug directly into your Samsung or any phone that has a USB C 3.0 with the video output if you do screen mirroring you can see the camera through your lens from your phone that's about it

Are they compatible with z3 flip cell?

Still doing some research but so far looks the phone has to have a built-in display port certain phones have it built in like the Samsung Galaxy S
