The crait was a little messed up when dropped off. Missing hardware and the hood was a pain to assemble. Had to do some extra maintenance to get the hood to stay on.

this bike is trash. looks nice but will not run. took to the local scooter guy who works for all local bike shops getting there scooters and moped together and getting them ready for sale. he found the stator improperly installed and shorted. the bolts on the pick-up wrung off at the factory. and a damaged flywheel. he said this bike junk and will never run right. if you are thinking about buying this bike you should run as far and as fast as you can. WARNING JUNK FOR SALE. OK 1 month and 400$ later it now runs after replacing every part in the ignition system stator, magneto, CDI box, coil and spark plug. So I added 1 more star.

If you are looking for a comfortable "touring around the town" moped with a lot of zip to it, at a great price, this is the one to buy. It took one week from order to delivery to get from Texas to Wisconsin, and the delivery company driver was great. It came in perfect condition. I am not great with tools, but was able to put it together in about 4 hours. There are no instructions, so watch the videos they send you after you email them the VIN number or better yet, check out videos on Youtube before you get it. You will need metric tools. If you have questions, email them and they will get back to you with the answers quite quickly......great service!!

Scratched up when received (they claimed no responsibility for this). The front axel was damaged due to the way they fastened it to the shipping crate. It only goes 24 mph at WOT with an 80lb load on flat ground (it takes about a quarter to even hit that speed) without enough torque to get up the driveway (we checked the throttle linkage and it’s getting the full range), my daughter has to push it while hitting the gas.Update: customer service was excellent and they sent me a new carburetor which cleared up the issue.

It was delivered a day before the day given as the 1st delivery day. Delivery guy was very kind, and put it where I needed it to work on getting it together and running. I have had no issues with it, other than I have to adjust the carburetor due to the idle being low. I have ordered from this company before and had no problems with that order either and that was 2 years ago. I will order from them again if I ever want to purchase another scooter!

I only hope this review will make everyone turn away from this bike and run. Absolutely everything surrounding this bike is borderline fraud. From Amazon trying to "help", to the sellers dodging the return. This scooter has not worked since the day I got it. I simply gave up with getting any help from Amazon, or the sellers. I still have this piece of crap scooter, and i would sell it to my worst enemy. If it's over $1000, and it's on Amazon, DON'T BUY IT!!!

Scooter was delivered as ordered and on time. I have had a wonderful time assembling this scooter fired right up. Remember, check battery charge, add oil and fuel. Mine runs like a charm. Will work with this company again !
