The very first thing I did when I saw this brand was to research it's company. I was very impressed with their offerings in general and as I've tried NMN supplements before, I was excited to give this one a try. Once I received the double pack, I opened one and the first thing I noticed was the super powerful smell. It wasn't unpleasant but it was just kind of chemically. Like other B vitamin supplements I've taken before. If you are familiar with NMN and NAD research, you will find like I did that this is a cut above. In terms of bio-availability and benefit. I have taken this formula now for almost a month and it is really helping me feel more energetic. It is way to early to know if it's doing all of the things that it is supposed to do but I can say for sure my foggy brain has been clearing up. I usually don't swallow capsules too well so I found it easiest to open these up and pour the powder directly into a green drink or some juice. I also got some compliments on my skin looking a little clearer and brighter since I started using this formula. Honestly, I have paid quite a bit for NMN in the past but this price is well within a good range given the high quality no filler product.

This is a product of the Longevity Box in the United Kingdom and is 3rd party tested so you know what you are taking is pure and in the potency expected. The capsules are smaller than average and easy to swallow. I do prefer taking the suggested one capsule with a snack to prevent a slight upset stomach. I’ve taken NMN and NAD+ off and one for a couple of years but neither of them gives me the sustained energy I get from NMNH. This is a 2 pack that will last 4 months if taken as directed. The price is better than average for NMNH products of this quality. Please note it says to store in the refrigerator after opening to maintain freshness and preserve the Nicotinamide content.

NMNH is a chemical substance which affects energy regulation in the body. Like most supplements, it is only useful in the case of a deficiency of NMNH. If your body has enough in NMNH, extra additional dosage will just be excreted and will not help. The best way to determine objectively whether a supplement will help you is to see whether taking the supplement for a period of time creates a positive difference. In our case, my wife and I took multiple doses over a period of time and noticed no change. This doesn't demonstrate that the NMNH product is inferior, merely that we were not in a position to benefit from it.I see no reason not to try it if you think that you may be energy deficient. But my testing, objectively as I can, does not let me comment one way or the other. For that reason I gave it a neutral three stars.

I take this to boost the effectiveness of NMN and NAD that I take for clarity , energy , and prevention of age related conditions .Longevity Box is known as a reputable producer of supplements , although I do wish they provided more information on testing and quality control , I'm reasonably confident in this brand . The capsules were small and easy to swallow and I suffered no ill effects from taking these .They seem to give me the energized and focused feeling I've come to accept from NMNH .They're pricey , but that's to be expected from high quality NMNH , so I think it's a decent value for the two-pack . I will most likely order these again.
