Q: How come I get the box and can’t open it to set a code, I do as Instructed turning all three numbers to 0 and turn the it clockwise and still nothing?

Try this: 1) turn all 3 numbers to 0; 2) TURN THE KNOB COUNTERCLOCKWISE (this is not in the instruction); 3) turn the knob clockwise. It works for me. If it works for you, too, then their instruction needs to be revised
