My wife and I bought two scooters a few weeks ago. They are very powerful. Fast enough for us, I got mine up to about 42 mph. They can go up to 60, I believe my body was acting as an air dam, when I squatted down, I gained a little more speed, plus changing the settings on the handlebars. The headlights are very bright as you can see in the comparison I did. They are very sturdy at higher speeds. They have a solid, build quality from the brakes to the handlebars, etc. Very fun to drive. the dual chargers are pretty fast when you charge before depleting the battery. One of the scooters had a problem when I first got it. Throttle would not turn on and once I messaged the seller I got help via email with a picture of what to look for and in about 10 minutes and was able to fix the problem immediately. Great customer support! I feel I made a great purchase after shopping and comparing dozens of other scooters. I hope you do also!

I own3other brands of scooters baught through AMAZON&This1is the worst1I've baught.They use FEDEX employees&no handle with care.It arrived with both tires flat.Customer Service,explained how they do this with there packages all the time&can't go to another shipper,so to solve the problem,they sent me new tires. During good weather days I road the scooter&found the tires R only for dry ground.in rain they spin out&if U start in high gear,the jerk will send u flying&u definitely will hurt yourself.Not for Snow either.since it was winter,I road in slow mode top speed was21-25mph.range only20to25then charge.The rear signal light fell off damaging the rear light&dug into the rear wheel.customer Service sent a new light assembly&tire.now keep in mind i had to pay$100to put the tires on from the beginning&an additional$150.00to put the new light on&the rear tire!The past3wks has been even more painful to know I spent$3,000.00on a scooter that I finally truly tested&it never went over36mph.it died after27miles&pushing this heavy bike home was a nightmare.I told them the problem&they said it must be the battery&they sent a battery.Well another$125.00to have the battery in as U have to do lots of time work.Thats$3,000.00for the scooter&now spending all this extra money on getting it to work accordingly.the5reviews that R on here do not state they ever baught it for the90mile long range&the60mph it claims it goes.thats why I baught it&it doesn't even get close.the battery was put in&now the battery show its fully charged when connectedto the charger&its not as the meter does not register60v.in closing,I like the look&the light show,however, I baught it because they claimed could go50to60mph&it does not.i baught it because they claim it goes60to90mile range before recharge.Thats a lie.They claim I can't get a replacement nor a refund so beware,never buy a scooter for a Christmas gift/present.Always buy when U can test the product immediately as this is not worth$3,000.00plus almost another$500to get free parts that you will have to pay someone else to put on-unless your a mechanic.

I just saw a comment about someone returning this scooter because of a serious steering wheel wobble.It's a shame you can't reply directly to reviews here.The bottom line is that as with any scooter, these can get the death wobble and barring any obvious sign of loose parts or badly worn components that have been overlooked by the rider, tire pressure is the #1 cause of death wobble. SO, WATCH YOUR TIRE PRESSURE LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT, BECAUSE IT MIGHT.

The media could not be loaded. Arrived damaged in a few places. Had to repair lights as soon as I received the product. Company would not do return for new one and insisted I repair it myself with parts they are sending. Parts took twice as long as the scooter took to arrive. Communication with company was frustrating and difficult due to language barrier. However they did manage to reply quickly and often. The scooter itself is a freakin beast. This is not a ride for children or the uninitiated in two wheeled vehicles. Im 260 lbs and it does not get to 65 mph as advertised but it does get up to 51 mph. Hang on cause its got a kick and crazy power. Took it on an off road trail and was insanely fun riding it like a mountain bike through the woods. Theres almost no break lights or turn signals as the lights are almost on the ground and tiny. Seat is painful. The headlights are awsome and powerful. No mirrors. All these issues are easy to modify with a few extra bucks thrown at Amazon. I replaced the seat, got a backpack light for turn signals, and added a mirror. Came with a decent phone holder and neat case that attatches for free. Keeps up in traffic that has a speed limit of 45 mph or less. All in all I think the only issue this company has is its terrible shipping which damages the scooter before you even get it. A little bit of a headache at first but well worth the money and a VERY fun ride.

Great scooter and great customer service

The shipment was over a month late came with broken parts. They have been slowly helping with parts. After the scooter was in running condition it lasted for about 3 weeks and have been working on it since. Had the throttle controller fry, a wheel controller arc on me, a batter wires got pinched and arced out on me, brakes act up on me and more. They have sent parts but it's still acting up and I have to diagnose everything. I have asked for a refund and they refuse to answer the messages.

Arrived really quickly very pleased with this scooter. It is very robust and supper speedy and the battery holds its charge for a good distance. Also great customer service very helpful with shipping the scooter would definitely buy again from these guys. The after sales customer service is brilliant.
