Q: Put tiles down in december. it is now march 3 and the 2 places where we sit at are already worn down. does warranty cover replacement box??

I'm not sure. I have mine down and have no problems. I would call Amazon or the manufacturer.

Q: Are these tiles slippery when wet?

In my experience, yes. Best to avoid walking onto wet tiles and so be mindful of your safety and keep tiles clean and dry. The tiles are easy to work with...but yes: slippery when wet.

Q: Can you put these over installed porcelain tiles?

I'm not sure. I put mine over the panels on my gas fireplace. Because the panels already there were textured, these fell down. So, I added some glue to the back, and voila! It's beautiful!!
