Works well, beats a rental, now I can dream up new projects for it
This hammer drill worked well for me. I've only used it a couple of times now, primarily for drilling into concrete for outdoor 4x4 post mounts. I had four posts and each mount had six bolts into the concrete. Never having used a tool like this before I purchased some 'rebar' drill bits to use. I found the regular concrete bit that came with the tool worked much faster and I used it almost exclusively. I believe these were 8mm (5/16) holes. I used it with a heavy duty 15 amp extension cord and had no issues with power. As others have noted similarly, I priced a rental at Home Depot and it would have cost me the same or more (given I've never used one of these before). After this project I used it for some small demolition and punching out some drain channels in a concrete floor. The tool did go through the original grease in the housing. Each time I used it I refilled the housing, first with the grease supplied and then with some Makita hammer grease. It's not hard to do. The instructions recommend some kind of Shell grease but I couldn't find it. I also used some Makita hammer bit grease on the bits. I won't say 'it cut like butter', but it was pretty effective and it got through 24 8mm wide 4 inch deep holes in old concrete, mostly with the supplied bit. The depth gauge was practically useless, it kept slipping.

No complaints
I bought this to drill anchors into a concrete wall to mount a tankless water heater, and it did the job perfectly well. It definitely doesn't match the the quality or power of the big name tool brands, but if you're like me and need a hammer drill *maybe* once every few years for a project here or there, it'll be more than fine -- especially for the price.

Better than expected
Surprisingly decent quality tool ~ drills a 4 inch hole in a concrete slab in just a few seconds.

To be used without care.
Its not for professional use by any means but its great for a using it on jobs I wouldn't want to use my hilti on such as breaking ground while digging or letting a helper use it. It's fine for light work but it’s not worth it if you plan on using it as a work horse. Go hilti if you’re a pro. If i bought this with high expectations id be highly disappointed. I did use the bits that came with it so I'm betting that didn't help.

Great deal
I've bought about 4 of these now for our service department. They're cheap enough to have each technician have their own and it does a fine job through concrete and brick up to 3/8" for everything from Doweling Concrete to Pilot for a TapCon screw. We don't really use the bits that come with it but they're fine for chiseling and the case is very good in my opinion for the price.

Won't handle heavy use
Functionally, this was OK, but it quickly overheated and stopped working after a few hours of use. I couldn't get it warranted by Vervor, but Amazon did give me a full refund. I replaced it with an AOBEN SDS Drill and I have used it just as hard without failure.
