When new I felt it was slightly hard, later when I used it changed to comfortable soft and flexible.This product is also suitable for wide foot people because of its shape.This is a recommended Product. Very very very cost effective & long lasting

Very poor packaging,,, in all probability tampered with. Not expected of Amazon. Had it not been for footwear, i would have returned it.The product, nevertheless, is as expected.. good and comfortable.
