Q: Can the lights be hung so they face up to the ceiling? I want to use them under my bar to light up the glasses on the shelfs.

Yes they can. Start with where you want the on/off switch to be, then run out the lights to where you want them. Leave a little extra playroom to avoid putting tension on the on/off switch.

Q: How do you change the light bulbs?

Use the plastic suction cup that was provided (or you can easily pick one up), and twist to the left to remove.

Q: Can this be mounted on a drop ceiling?

I would not advise it, anything CAN be done but the drop ceiling is a bit fragile
