Waiting for volume 2
What a fantastic work by Vasudha Rai. I have started adopting things from the book in mah real life . Ordered wheat grass and moringa powder from amazon. Started eating soaked munnakah and it’s water, gond water, applying red sandalwood to acne. Also bought a pot for growing wheat grass at home. I do cook my Veges in ghee and coconut oil. Eating oats and Ragi roti. Applying the oats and honey mask . Making gulkand at home. These are just a few to mention. Will try out everything (that is suitable for my body) from the book in the days to come . Thank you so much Vasudha. I’m eagerly waiting for another volume of this book, Glow -II.P.s the cover of the book is beautiful!!

Really good content
The content is a true gem! It's a resourceful guide for nutritious, local, Indian foods. Which foods are cooling or which are warming, hence which are suitable for summer or for winter, wholesome food combinations are given. I like how the author mentions interesting anecdotes about how which food kept her and her family members healthy and how so.I dislike the binding though, within just some months some pages became loose.

The definitive guide to an all-natural glow!
This book is a game changer. It's the first of its kind to provide information on traditional Indian foods and herbs, and the benefits they offer not only for the skin, but also overall peace, clarity and balance. Well written in a simple conversational manner, with advice on ingesting or applying each ingredient backed up by thorough research- something not every book on Indian food does. The format is easy to read, and the pretty illustrations help the journey (not to mention the unique moon phases flipbook).Truly a modern ode to Indian traditions. Must have for anybody who believes beauty lies within.

Worth the money
This book deserves your money. It's a great investment . The description of ingredients used in Ayurvedic Sciences are very well written. Plus the amount and ways of consumption are also mentioned. It has been divided into four categories for different areas of skin. They are :-1. Vitality2. Clarity3. Radiance4. Peace

Worth the read!!!
She really needs to write her second book already and I hope She sticks to this style of authenticity and sharing vast research and knowledge with her readers. This book was a delight, Unlike hyped indian dietician authors who write rubbish and talk too much in their books and nothing about the topic... Vasudha’s book was honest and informative!!
