Is the band easily adjustable

Since it’s a bracelet, you’ll have to remove links to adjust. Pretty simple if you have a tool to remove the pins. The timepiece itself is absolutely beautiful, but the bracelet is a bit cheap feeling.. I’d recommend changing the bracelet/strap.

What band size should I get for this 18, 20, or 22mm?

The lug width is actually 19mm. This makes it a bit harder to find straps, but different companies make leather, NATO, etc. straps in this width.
