Needs to be glazed with borax first.
Good, as described... used with SiBronze no problem...Needs to be glazed with borax first before use.NOT doing so will probably net a good Loss of melt to to slag encapsulation and sticking to porous ceramic surface.Can revive the melt after use by adding borax to reheated mass.Check out YouTube for glazing a crucible.
