This arrived yesterday and I installed straight away which was really easy to do. I did read previous reviews and 1 said it didn’t stay up… I don’t think they took the backing paper off to use the right side.The only down side is the direction of the lines on the roll so you will have joins on standard windows but easy to match so not a biggie. I’ve gone from slatted vertical blinds to this and my window now looks huge !! Now to save my pennies to do the rest of my windows

I wanted a little privacy whilst our fence was being replaced (could take a while and it faces our neighbours window) but still wanted to see daylight and this seemed like a nice compromise. The only problem I had, was that I did my measurements thinking the roll was horizontal stripes. It was actually vertical on the roll and so I didn’t have enough for the top windows. Please be aware of this before you place your order. I have fitted these films to windows before and if I could pass on a tip to make it look seamless to your glass rather than having a gap around the edge is to cut roughly an inch bigger than what you need all around the window and then using a craft knife once secured to the window with water, slice around the edge to fit.

Amazing product. Keeps privacy without losing the light in the room. One year since applied and still as good as new. Now going to do the rest of the house.

Looks good up but i bought 2 rolls and each one was damaged towards the end , creased up which can still be use but obviously doesnt look good but it was at the bottom and i needed them on the windows so accepted it apart from lines the wrong way they can be cut and put together for a horizontal strip and do look good up and does give privecy

This is a nice product and I'm happy with the end result. The only thing not mentioned which should be, is to use a very fine spray of water, e.g. a small houseplant sprayer, so as not to get too much water on the window before applying the film. I used a bigger spray which put too much water on the window and I then had difficulty getting all the water off the film when applying it. The gaps between the frosted stripes are clear so provides privacy without losing the view completely. Nice effect.

I used this privacy film outside on my balcony, I wasn’t sure if it would last very long outside so I was prepared for it to be a short term fix, however 4 months later it’s still up and looks good.I found it easy to apply and because I had to match up two pieces I had to remove one after application to reposition, this was easy to do and did not damage or tear the film. If l do eventually have to replace it I will try and buy the same again.
