Vaporella Next VN18.15

I love this polti iron. It’s light, glides over clothes and has a lot of steam so makes ironing easy. My daughters school cardigans are non iron but by using this as a hand held steamer and putting up close when the cardigan is on a hanger the creases fall out making it look like it’s been ironed! It’s speeded up ironing and my iron before was a steam generator but this is even better! It has a large tank for water and has a turbo button to make ironing even easier.

I bought this iron to replace my iron that had broke. After reviews and it was Amazon Best Buy I decided to buy it. I absolutely love this iron. It’s light and has a big water tank. It doesn’t come with a tumbler to fill the water tank though so I use a 500 ml water bottle to fill it as the opening to the water tank is small. It does the job. Only snag I have a present it the 4 rubber buttons on the base. The steam symbol one has sunk in. After contacting Amazon I can’t return it as i have had it over 90 days which I thought it would be under a 1 year guarantee so I’m hoping that amazon will be able to fix it for me as a really love this machine. It ticks all the boxes for me. The iron just glides across your clothes plus you can use it as a hand held steamer too.

having problems finding a good light weight iron I decided to splash out and purchase a steam generator. this has not disappointed. the hand set is lightweight and a pleasure to use. you do have to hold the trigger for steam but I don't find this a chore. my only slight niggle is it is cumbersome to keep getting in and out of the cupboard and not particularly light as a whole unit. if you have set up where the iron and board are permanently up then brilliant. My other comment is even with the turbo steam it's not enough to iron all layers of a folded quilt cover (to my standard, I like well ironed bed linen).

After using and buying several different brands of steam generator for my business I always go back to a Polti. They are in my opinion the best steam generator to use and far superior.

This iron looked really modern and well designed out of the box. It worked well for ten minutes but then started to leak lots of hot water and steam which landed on my housekeeper's foot causing her discomfort. Then the water level light came on even though the appliance was full to the 1.3L level, that meant that the steam no longer worked. After some time, watching the video on the web site, speaking to an Amazon advisor and finally a Polti rep I was advised to return the iron.

This was a replacement for a very old Phillips steamer. It's so much better and easier to use. It heats up quickly and had plenty of power to get through the creases. The iron is not too heavy, whilst I hate ironing, I love this iron

I really like this iron, bought when my old faithful Bosch died on me. It doesn't give out the spluttering steam equivalent of a boyracer with a wide bore exhaust of it's predecessor, instead it delivers with smooth precision and gets the job done with no fuss.

Lovely iron while it lasted but broke down after 2 years. Not good for the price I paid.
