Just what we needed for a great price. The chair is nice looking, not clunky or too big. My husband is six feet tall and weighs 240 pounds and he fits in the chair comfortably. the remote is easy to handle and when it is reclined all the way his feet are still on the foot rest instead of hanging too far off the end like so many others. I love the chair for myself too because arthritis is settling into my knees and the lift factor is a fantastic help in getting out of the chair with little pain.

I ordered the chair to help my husband to stand after surgery. It arrived exactly mid-way between the estimated delivery dates. My son and I managed to move the chair to the second floor using the handles which were conveniently inserted on the packing box. The chair is quite heavy. I thought it would be easier to move it in the box. And it was. After opening the top of the box we removed the back of the chair, then carefully cut down the sides of the box and removed the base. It was easy to slip the back onto the two shafts situated on the base of the chair. Next we connected the wiring and plugged it into the wall. It worked! The seat is comfortable, looks like real leather, the controls are simple and the mechanism is very quiet. When the chair reclines, the leg lift will also come up. The two functions do not work separately. It is definitely a wall hugger and the power lift is more than adequate. Well worth the money.

My 90 year old mom needed a new lift chair. This one had everything we were looking for. It is functlonal and pretty. The color is described as a burgundy red and it is! My mom loves the color and she said, "it works!" She also said it is very comfortable so she's happy! I'm happy! The only issue was the shipping email told me it would not be delivered to her apartment but instead dropped off at the front door of the building. I panicked and tried to cancel but it was already shipped and due to arrive the next day! I had to scramble and call the building manager and my brother in law to get there for the chair. In the end, it all worked out but this seller needs a better shipping method.

Bought this chair for my 88 yr. old mom following a serious fall. This is a great chair! It is easy to use, comfortable and fits in the same space as her former favorite swivel rocker. It has allowed her to take back some of her independence. She can now get up on her own and use her walker to assist around the house. Saved my back! She hasn't experienced any more swelling in her legs since we got this chair since she loves to keep her feet up.The chair is super easy to assembly. It arrived in one box. A bit bulky and heavy. Two people can put this together in 10 minutes or less.The fabric is feels good and the chair looks much more expensive than it is. An excellent deal for the money.Slow moving. Quiet. Delighted. Wish I had bought it sooner.

I bought this chair for my elderly father who cannot get out of a chair by himself. I thought it would be convenient to order it and have it shipped directly to their home so I don't have to bring it to them since I live far away. I was pleased when I did order it that I was able to leave delivery instructions since my elderly parents have a gate that has to be opened. On day of delivery, neither I or my parents were notified of the delivery and they dumped the box outside of the gate! My parents had to lug the heavy box down their driveway and into the house. Thank goodness they did not get injured or fall in the process. They were home the morning it was delivered. This would not have happened had they followed simple delivery instructions. Why ask for them if they are not going to follow them?My father does like the chair, however. He is 6'2" tall and it fits him perfectly and comfortably. If it weren't for the delivery woes, this chair would be perfect.

Based on the good reviews, we bought this chair for my wife going through a complicated rotator cuff repair, where we knew she would have trouble getting out of her bed and up from couches for several weeks (she is 67 and has severe arthritis on top of her rotator cuff tear). This chair was a life saver, arrived within a week, assembly the easiest ever encountered, no tools, all thas needs to be done is putting the chair back into two slots, 30 seconds,, and the chair is ready to go! - Worked perfectly in her finding a comfortable position, and is perfect in tilting her to where she has no problems getting out of it AND on her feet. She sleeps better in it, than in her bed. It is nice looking, has a solid feel to it - and I now understand how it has one of the best ratings, if not the best, for electric recliners. And with the low price point, and excellent value. Can't say enough good about it, highly recommended.

I bought one of these chairs for my 92-year-old mother, who loves it because it's so comfortable and it has a leg rest. Even though there are only 2 buttons on the remote, because she has dementia, she can't remember which one is which--but I can! The chair isn't bulky looking, the cream color is attractive, and the wall-hugging feature makes its footprint so much smaller than a regular recliner. A buyer should know that it doesn't recline all the way to a flat position, but reclines enough to make napping comfortable. My siblings and I just bought one for my sister, who has MS and can't get in and out of chairs easily. The lift feature really helps with that problem. I looked at many recliners online. This one has everything I wanted at a relatively low price. No complaints whatsoever!

Like control, ease of use. Would like it to recline a little further, stays a little too vertical.Delivery was fast, quicker than promised. A little heavy for two old people to get in but we made it.Seems to bepretty sturdy, but bought the extended warranty anyway.
