Q: Will the all points 38-1318 fit into the single receptacle 20 amp, 250 v commercial grade ?

as far as I know this will fit into most standard single outlet boxes (both metal & plastic) I mounted one into a plastic box designed for new construction-same asregular 120 volt outlet receptacles. Hope this helps.

Rated for 20 amps, you must use 12awg wire.

Q: I bought this receptacle, found that there are 2 hot and 1 ground. However, from my transformer, there are 1 hot, 1 neutral & 1 ground. How to wire?

I used two phases to give me 240 VAC. I did not connect the neutral but I did connect the ground. T tied the neutral back in the 1-Gang box in case I wanted to change out the connect in the future without running a new cable. I believe the receptacle is designed for 240 VAC (2 phases, no neutral)
