Total Body Bounce is an instant classic!
This compilation contains my second favorite rebounder workout so far. My favorite is Simone De La Rue's Trampoline Workout, but Linda's Total Body Bounce is a very close second. It's not dancy like Simone's at all, but it's a really great workout. It's tough holding two lb weights throughout which can obviously be put down if that's not your thing. The weights really up the cardio effect. It also has some really killer leg work. Burns so bad, I mean good! I enjoyed Barre Bounce as well. It has a lot of balance type work in it. Cardio Sculpt and Lower are both a little easier although paired together would make a great workout too. Total Body and Barre make this well worth the price. All in all there is a very nice variety of workouts in this series.

BEST Total Body Workouts All in a Bundle!!!
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! As a retired 40 yr-runner, this Bounce Series DVD is a Godsend. I never get bored, and the 4 workouts she has are individually challenging. Even the shortest segment leaves you sweaty, invigorated, and sore ( in a good way). At 55, I am changing my calisthenic routines to protect my joints, knees, hips, and back but I still want the same results as a runner, weightlifter, and pilate enthusiast. I am not a fan of yoga of any sort, so finding this Blitz Bounce Series form Linda Wooldridge really service my fitness goal, and it motivates me to perfect all my moves. A great investment. You really see physical changes such as muscle definitions, as well as endurance, and her segment is less than 1 hour. I highly recommend purchasing this DVD.

Unbelievable how much this burns.
I've started my second week of this series (doing 3 of the 4 exercises because I don't have a barre on my rebounder), and I am astonished how much these exercises burn, especially the Cardio Sculpt Lower and the Total Body. These are not boring rebounder exercises, but exercises that happen to be on the rebounder to make them even harder (every exercise on the rebounder increases the intensity). I can already see the shape of my legs changing ever so slightly after one week. Highly recommended.

What a Different Sort of Rebounder Workout? This is IT!!
I had no idea that I would get so much bang for the price of this dvd. Wow.. most of the moves are really easy to do! For those that are not, I hold onto a barre (attached to my rebounder) or do it on the floor. I also slow down my pace when I am learning or don't feel stable enough for a specific move. You will still get a great workout. I love the Barlates' creativity in creating a routine.

Good dvd but many free workouts on internet
This is a good dvd I bought when I purchased my mini trampoline- however there are a ton of just as good or better workouts free on YouTube for Rebounding that I am using instead.

Great Workouts
As always Linda delivers on fun and interesting workouts that really pack a punch. I found her on YouTube and have been hooked ever since. I am 56 and her workouts have been the only ones that have actually made an impact on my overall fitness and functional movement. My shape and movement has changed just the way I have wanted it to with her workouts.
