LG LDE3037ST Freestanding Electric Double-Oven Range, 30-Inch, Stainless Steel

Have had this electric oven since December. Still getting used to the fact that it takes a few minutes longer to cook whatever is in the lower oven. The stove top works well, and the controls make it easy. Took some getting used to since we were on gas previously. So far, so good.

A great range.After the previous range failed (yet another Samsung appliance), we shopped around, read all the reviews, checked all of the Consumer magazines, etc. This item was very highly thought of and so we went for it, even though the price was nearly double our preferred spend.This thing is terrific. First, the burners get hot (HOT) and fast. It is actually taking some time to relearn how to cook. And the oven holds a very constant temperature, making cooking a joy once more. (The previous - did I say Samsung - would not hold temp, so food came out highly variable, such as burnt or cold. You never knew which.)And we are in love with the cleaning feature! The chef made a pineapple upside down cake - which came out perfect. The pan, nothing to do with the range, spilled some of the caramel out onto the oven. Burnt mess, right? Impossible to clean? No and no. Using the steam feature, it was up in about 3 minutes. It was a minor miracle, as these things go. LG says we can run the cleaning cycle every week if we want (Samsung said we ran it too often, which was why the other piece of junk quit).Too, the inside of the oven is a vibrant cobalt blue. This has nothing to do with anything, but looks really cool. Very very happy with this product so far.P.S.: The delivery experience was zero stars. The price was great from HCCost, but I'd have rather spent the extra money and had a top notch experience from one of the big box stores.

Digital controls are not as intuitive as analog dials. Worst aspect is the horrible sounds it makes for timers and when reaching temperature. No way to change or mute:(

Electric stove works fine. Microwave measurements did not include 2" when door was open. Am having to cut out wall to fit.

Really like it, so far. Double oven is neat. We have a large household, now we can cook two different items at once and different temps! I'm not so sure I'm still a fan of glass cooktops, but didn't want to pay to have gas run to the stove. Black is a little harder to keep clean, stainless shows fingerprints (16 month old uses the oven door glass as a mirror and kisses herself!) but all in all it works great. I want to dig around more in the menus and see if I can change the preheat chime to something besides the ridiculous song it plays (same with timers), or at least turn it down more. I prefer just a beep or two, unless I can tell it what song to play.....now THERE'S an idea.....shouldn't this oven be sending me an alert on my phone when dinner's ready? Oh, well, it works and we use it a lot.

My wife loves to cook and our low-end range was inefficient and only had one oven. We began looking for a replacement double oven and discovered this LG had good reviews. I am very diligent about performing research on every product I purchase and I was thoroughly pleased with the features and reviews.Although we have only had this for a few days, she loves her "high-tech" toy. The double oven was the main selling point with the convection feature a close second. The expandable cook top elements are fantastic and fit even our largest pans. The oven preheats very fast and even plays a fancy little tune when preheated. Although we haven't cleaned the oven yet, the EasyClean feature looks very helpful. A cleaning kit is also included that contains the spray bottle, scraper, and sponge.I highly recommend this range!

Saved money by purchasing this on Amazon with free shipping. Delivery was simple (they call to schedule delivery and again before they arrive). Make sure you utilize your opportunity to inspect the product before accepting it (our was fine with no damage, but if it had been damaged I would have refused delivery). Installation is easy: connect a power cable and install the anti-tip bracket. It's been working great so far. The electric cooktop heats incredibly quick. Once the oven has completed preheating, the oven light flashes a couple times every minute until you acknowledge it (so you don't forget). The cooktop is easy to clean using the included supplies. I'm not sure whether "EasyClean" really makes it any easier to clean than other ovens. But I am still happy with our purchase and would recommend the LG brand of ranges.

I couldn't be more thrilled with my new double oven! Not only was it exciting to receive when the big semi-truck stopped in the street in front of the house and unloaded it, but it arrived in perfect condition and it works beautifully!!! The oven plays a happy little song when it reaches temperature, and also when the timer goes off - which is so much more pleasant to hear instead of the old-school BEEP BEEP BEEP that most other ovens do. The bright blue inside the oven cavities are also so bright and clean! The stove top heats nice and evenly as well. I'm in love with my new oven and all I want to do is make cookies and casseroles in it all day!
