Very good jeans for the money. Lee makes a good product.
Reminds me of traditional denim of my youth. Fit as advertised.

the brand for guys with a short rise
Lee is the only brand of jeans I've found that fits men who have a short rise. The rise is the segment of the body between the waist and the bottom of the crotch. When the rise of a pair of jeans or other pants is too long for a guy's rise, the crotch of the pants hangs lower than the bottom of the guy's crotch, which interferes with freedom of leg movement. Lee's jeans also are well-made and durable, and the relaxed fit is comfortable on muscular hips and thighs. Meanwhile, I would have preferred boot cut to straight leg, had it been available.

Comfortable, durable.
I started wearing Lee because they fit me and they look good. Since 1978. Durable and comfortable. Always stone wash. When they wear out I turn them into work pants and patch them with iron-ons. (from the inside, ZEFFFKA Denim Iron-on Patches). I also cycle down my button-down cotton shirts and my Timberland Pro's, so I look good even doing construction and yard work. :) I show up at the group project and other guys are wearing sweats, tee shirts and beat up sneakers? Gotta have some style, man. I will wear a sleeveless t-shirt when it gets hot. So, these were teenage cool jeans, then dad jeans. Now I wear them with suspenders, so old man jeans? You can bury me in them.

Nice Quality, Sizing is a bit “Generous”
“Back in the day” I wore Lee jeans, partly because I wanted to be different from the Levi’s crowd, and partly because (believe it or not!) I preferred the placement of the belt loops over other jeans. Yes, I’m a bit strange. For whatever reason I began wearing other brands - partly I suspect because Lee became nearly unavailable. Over the last several years I’ve worn Wrangler. They are easily available at Target, are priced well and various fittings are normally in stock. I took to wearing relaxed fit. When I decided to have at least one pair of black jeans (my lame attempt to be fashionable) I looked around since black wasn’t readily available from Wrangler at Target, and the quality wasn’t quite what I was looking for.I decided to try Lee based on reviews here, and I ordered the relaxed fit. Relaxed? I’d same Tent Size is more accurate! I returned them for regular fit, which are much better. When I lose the 4-7 kgs I’m working on, a slimmer fit will probably work better. The major thing I like about these jeans is the quality. The denim is heavy enough to have a substantial feel/hand. And the black brand patch on the back is quite nice, lending a sophisticated look.I’ve only worn these once and washed them once. I washed them separately, of course, on gentle and dried on low. They look good after the wash, so it looks like maybe the colour will hold.

Runs small
Well, the best I can tell you, it's all the pants in my closet. A 36 waist have these pants 36 waist are too small.. I should've ordered 38.. KEEP THAT IN MIND IF YOU ORDER THESE PANTS🙏🏿 and I ordered the 38 and they're still tight. Now I just ordered a 42.. LEE'S RUN SMALLER THEN LEVI'S
