aaerp 5.25 Inch to 5x3.5 Inch SATA SAS HDD Cage Rack Hard Driver Tray Caddy with Fan Space

For the price compared to some alternatives this seems like a great bit of kit for squeezing some more HDDs in a tower with 3 spare 5.25 bays.It comes with plastic clips for easy HDD installation/removal and screws for case fitting if required. I'm yet to install this in a case (thanks to Scan...) but it looks like I shouldn't have any trouble there.Easy to install a 120mm fan, a 140mm wont fit, and less than 120mm wont align with the screw mounts but might be possible to bodge if you're desperate. The screws for the fan go in from the back if not obvious from the listing.Mine arrived packaged in a bag and bubble wrap but unfortunately it looks like the Royal Mail staff might've sat on it or been playing basketball with it as it's a little warped, so I'd suggest the seller find some sturdier packaging ideally. The warping is quite minor so it should be fine as there's no permanent damage etc. It feels pretty sturdy so I'm probably just a bit unlucky there to be fair.Overall glad I found this instead of paying a fortune for some of the alternatives on Amazon, great value would recommend.In my pictures the fan and dust filter I added are not included.

Arrived on time and good condition. just needed something to load drives into a micro server, does the job perfectly, plus had a spare 120mm fan which fitted in fine.
