SIMAXGlassware Simax Fluted Baking Dish 2,1, one size, clear

I was concerned that the ribbing on the inside surface of the sides of this pie pan might make it difficult to get pieces of pie out in tact. That was not a problem and I had very good luck with it.

Thus is an overpriced Pyrex dish. I payed the price because I thought it would be something special. I’m sure I’ll get use out of it if I can get rid of the glue. I’ve been soaking it and picking at the glue used for the label for 3 hours now. Not happy. Might return it.Update: the glue finally came off. I accomplished what I bought for. ….. a 2 inch frittata!

Love the size and especially depth of that glass dish. It's been working really well for us, not like others where you can barely put any fruit on your pie. This one we get to load with fruit and when it bakes, it's still at the top level so you get a slice of real fruit pie. Been quite happy with that glass dish.

The glue they used to attach the circular product card was a nightmare to removeUsed cleaners I used on many others and it just smeared!

I use this as a deep dish pie pan, but use it your way. It's attractive, easy to clean and bake in. Borosilicate glass is slowly taking over my kitchen and we are loving it. It's light, clear, super easy to clean and durable.
