Q: I am a 135, almost 140 or 150 pound adult female, will this be good for me? If not, can you tell me recomendations?

The weight limits 200 lb it's pretty short as it only stands about 4 and 1/2 to 5 ft tall as long as you don't move around a lot when you sleep or intend to have sex on it it should work just fine for you but if you intend to share your bed or use it for other things you might want to try and find something more suited for an adult or trying to build one yourself out of wood

Q: How much space is under the junior loft twin?

73 in long by 43in deep by 58 in high approx. I am 5’3” tall and I have to duck a bit to go to sit at the desk, but once I do sit, I have lots of room to work.

Q: Could I assemble the loft bed w/desk, but not use/add the desk peice?

The desk seems to serve as a stabilizing piece. Though it is fairly narrow.
