Adobong Manok (makes 8 servings)
- Ingredients: 1 pouch (50g) Mama Sita's Adobo Mix dissolve in: 1 cup (250ml) water, 2.2lbs (1Kg) chicken, cut into serving pieces, 2 heads (50g) garlic, crushed, 2 tbsp. (30ml) Cooking oil.
- 1. In a saucepan, combine chicken, half of the garlic and the dissolved Mama Sita's Adobo Mix. Cover and cook over high heat.
- 2. When the mixture starts to boil, lower the heat and simmer until chicken is tender and cooked through. Separate the chicken pieces from the sauce.
- 3. Heat oil in a wok and saute garlic until golden. Add the chicken pieces and stir-fry. Pour in the sauce and continue cooking for another 5 minutes or until the sauce is thick.
